Deborah Dittner, a Family Nurse Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher and Holistic Nutrition Health Counselor announces her new book  “Body Balance Empowering Performance”.

The intention of this book is to empower each and every person to take control of their dream, and treat their body as a temple. This book is a must for you if you are interested in:

  • Improving your overall health and wellness
  • Nutrition as the cornerstone of health
  • Travel and nutrition
  • Improving overall performance

Knowledge can empower each and everyone of us to make the healthiest choice possible. Whether you are an athlete, coach, parent, teacher, athletic trainer, weekend warrior, the formula remains the same. Balancing your life with whole foods, by eating a nutrient dense diet, physical movement, and self-care is what is needed to make you healthy and strong whatever your endeavor.

Deb provides the information necessary for you, the reader, to make the best educated decisions on lifestyle changes for a healthier, more balanced, you.

Deb will be signing books at Holiday Festival 12*12, 4 – 7pm , Friday, December 12th, and at Heart of the Village Yoga, 10:15 – 11:15am, Saturday, December 13th, and 7:15 – 8:15pm, Wednesday, December 17th.
