Yoga inspires kids to be kind, patient, accepting, and emphatic with themselves and their peers.
Balance like a tree, be strong like a warrior, and crawl like a spider! Together we will explore yoga postures, play games, move through sun salutations and flow sequences, learning mindfulness and self-soothing breathing techniques. Each week class will end with relaxing guided imagery in savasana pose. Imagine floating on a giant lily pad, walking through a beautiful rainbow forest, or painting a masterpiece… everyone is sure to have fun!
Yoga for You & Me offers a different approach to kids yoga by tapping into the every child’s fascination with the world around them. It’s is a fun and engaging program that incorporates mindfulness, music, movement and yoga poses. We’ll bark like dogs, hop like frogs and take a yoga adventure that you and your little one will never forget!
