Yoga for Ages 8 to 18 Series

Open to students ages 8 to18 years.
5-6pm, Wednesday

4-Week Session: $40
$12 to drop-in on a space available basis. (Included in student memberships and class cards.)

Are you a young person searching for a yoga practice or interested in learning about yoga? Come join the yoga for young adults class with Charlotte Alexander. Find a fun loving approach to yoga and express yourself through beautiful postures. Gain flexibility, strength, and balance in a vinyasa (flow) based practice designed to heat the body, and calm the mind. Together we will explore the fundamentals of yoga, find awareness of breath and body, and practice mindfulness. Let’s begin this new journey together!

Yoga for You & Me (ages 2-6 plus caregiver)

Yoga for You & Me offers a different approach to kids yoga by tapping into the every child’s fascination with the world around them. It’s is a fun and engaging program that incorporates mindfulness, music, movement and yoga poses. We’ll bark like dogs, hop like frogs and take a yoga adventure that you and your little one will never forget!
