Heart of the Village Yoga

It’s time. We are dropping the Covid Vaccination requirement at Heart of the Village Yoga.

Our goal is to keep our community as healthy and happy as possible. If you have the sniffles, a cough, a temperature or have been recently exposed to Covid, the Flu, RSV or some other contagious ailment, please attend our online classes.

And then when you feel better come and attend class in-person.

Thank you in advance for practicing ahimsa, ‘non-harm’, one of the basic principles of yoga.
